PLEASE READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS BEFORE MAKING PAYMENT
We do not have online scheduling, so please call or text 636.856.6175 to schedule. You may pay a reservation fee (deposit), and we will contact you to schedule using the email/phone number provided.
The examiner may ask no more than 4 relevant questions per exam series; however, the test is more accurate with fewer questions. Questions must be very specific and cannot include "and/or” in the wording. All of the questions must relate to a single issue (e.g., fidelity, stealing, child abuse, etc.). Questions must be based on a specific act someone did or did not do. Questions cannot cover thoughts, opinions, or intentions.
In-office private exams are $600.00. All private exams require a non-refundable reservation fee (deposit) of $300.00 to hold your appointment time. The balance of $300.00 is due at the time of the appointment. Exams are by appointment only and are conducted at our office. We can travel in certain instances if an office is available for us to conduct the exam; however, we will add travel costs to the fee. We will not perform exams in private residences.
A "no-show" is considered 15 minutes past the appointment time. A one-time reschedule is permitted. If the exam is canceled or the examinee fails to arrive at the scheduled time, the entire reservation fee will be forfeited.
All deposits are non-refundable. You must schedule exams within 30 days of us receiving the deposit. The remainder of the exam fee will be due in cash, cashier’s check, or debit/credit card at the time of the examination. If you pay the full exam fee before the exam and the exam is canceled, we will retain $300.00 as the reservation fee (deposit) and a $50.00 processing fee.
We will not share mobile information with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; we will not share this information with any third parties.
Research reveals that polygraph exams have a confidence interval of up to 94% (Gougler, et al., 2011). However, we suggest you research validity and reliability yourself. For additional information on polygraph, visit the American Polygraph Association (APA) website and the American Association of Police Polygraphists (AAPP) website.
Specific results (e.g., No Deception Indicated/Deception Indicated) are not guaranteed. Inconclusive and No Opinion results are possible. We will provide results in a written report emailed within 24 hours after the exam is completed. You will not know the results before you leave due to quality control.
Examinees should allow for a minimum of 1.5-2 hours to complete the process from the start of the appointment. Pregnant individuals will not be tested. Examinees found to be under the influence of alcohol or illicit drugs, including marijuana/THC, will not be tested. If anyone is found to be pregnant and/or shows any evidence of being under the influence, including a strong odor of marijuana and alcohol, they will not be tested, and the deposit and fee will be forfeited. Only the examinee and examiner may be in the room.
The person undergoing the exam must agree to the exam. The person undergoing the exam will specify with whom the results can be shared. For private exams, the person paying for the exam understands that the person undergoing the exam will specify to whom the results may be released. No threats can be made to compel anyone to undergo a polygraph examination. If, at the time of the exam, the person does not wish to take the exam and/or advises that threats were made toward them to undergo the exam, the exam will not be conducted, and the fee will be forfeited.
In the days before the exam, please do not discuss or argue about the issue. This can cause undue stress on the person undergoing the exam. We will review all questions with the person before the polygraph examination; there will be no surprise questions. Professional counseling is highly recommended for those dealing with personal or relationship issues. Do not make any life-altering decisions based solely on the results of a polygraph exam.
BY PAYING THE DEPOSIT OR EXAM FEE, YOU AGREE TO THE ABOVE TERMS. PAYMENT AT THE TIME OF THE EXAM WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED IF THE CARDHOLDER IS PRESENT WHEN PAYING BY CREDIT CARD. YOU AGREE THAT THE RESERVATION FEE (DEPOSIT) IS NON-REFUNDABLE.
