St. Louis Polygraph LLC was founded in 2011 by now retired Police Sergeant Derek Piasecki. In September 2021, Derek hired certified polygraph examiner Brian Hilke to assist with exams. Since that time, the Company grew exponentially. In June 2024, Derek retired from the polygraph profession and sold the Company to the current owners and certified polygraph examiners Brian Hilke and Dominic Drago.
Combined, Brian and Dominic have administered over 1,000 polygraph examinations in both criminal and civil cases. These exams were conducted for federal and municipal law enforcement agencies, prosecuting attorneys, criminal defense attorneys, counseling services, corporations, and private individuals. Our examiners are also experienced in the administration of Post-Conviction Sex Offender Testing (PCSOT).
We are based in the St. Louis area and have a dedicated office to conduct polygraph exams. We do not travel in from other areas and conduct exams at a virtual/rented office, rented conference rooms, or even at a hotel. All exams are conducted in a professional office location in St. Charles County. Our fee is very reasonable compared to other "networks" who are from out of the area and charge $1,200.00 or more.
Professional
Our examiners are members of the American Polygraph Association (APA) and American Association of Police Polygraphists (AAPP) and attend yearly professional polygraph training seminars.
Honest
Every exam is audio/video recorded and a written report prepared. We respect all clients’ needs and their confidentiality.
Experienced
Our examiners gained extensive experience while employed with law enforcement agencies and/or serving in the United States Army. Our examiners have conducted exams for criminal cases including murder, child molestation, missing persons, stealing, and other serious criminal cases.
Please contact us for an appointment or if you have any polygraph-related examination questions.
